Body Breath Sound
A London workshop exploring the connection between breath, movement, posture and voice, the Feldenkrais® way.
Saturday 12th September 2026
10-1pm

A workshop for professional voice users and anyone interested in communicating with greater ease, confidence and authenticity led by opera singer and Feldenkrais Practitioner, CHERYL ENEVER
What will I learn?
Through gentle Feldenkrais-based movement explorations and vocalisation, you will:
* Improve breath efficiency and coordination
* Reduce unnecessary tension in the voice and body
* Discover greater vocal resonance and ease
* Enhance posture and movement
* Vocally represent ourselves with increased confidence, presence, and authenticity.Whether you sing, teach, coach, perform, or simply want to communicate with greater ease and confidence, this workshop will help you discover more freedom, authenticity and resonance in your voice. You’ll also experience how the breath—our most effective natural organiser—can enhance posture, improve movement, and support clearer, more impactful communication. Our voice is one of the ways we share and connect the inside version of ourselves with the outside world around us. The way we move, breath and speak are deeply intertwined with how we think of ourselves, how we feel we fit into the world, and to some extent, how we are perceived by others and as such, cannot be separated from who we are fundamentally.

When and where is it?
Saturday 12th September
10-1pm
London, SE1
The workshop is both live and available online for those out of London.
How much will it cost?
The morning will cost £75 but concessions are available. Please do ask if you need a little bit of help with the cost. If you’d like to give some extra in order to support those needing it, you can add on a ‘tip’ when booking.
What do I need to wear?
Just wear comfortable clothes that you are happy moving in and bring some warming layers. The sessions will involve gentle and slow movements, many of them on the floor, so it is possible you may get a little cold. BYO blanket and mat and there will be a few available to borrow.
Do I need any experience in Feldenkrais®?
No, this is designed for all levels of experience. Come with enthusiasm, curiosity and humour!
